Yeah, there was a story at my old job that someone wrote a letter with the signature block "Attorney Extrordinaire" instead of "Trial Attorney" to see if a reviewer would catch it, and no one did. With the amount of mail going out in any given day, anything is possible.

As someone who use to write such letters for a Congressman, I can tell you, it would have been SO easy to do that.
