Voodoo dolls?
Voodoo dolls are more abstract.
Looks to me like a bobblehead of sorts.
If I were a leftist world leader, one of the first things I'd do is make each of my loyal minions . . . er, subjects . . . keep a little statuette of me in the house. On occasion, I'd send my goons by to check, and if the statues are not present, well, then, a jail sentence is clearly warranted.
