Here's why lunch lasted 2 and a half hours. 15th and I streets NW? Say, that sounds remarkably like the front of my office.
But at least it was not an actual emergency. The all-clear came 45 minutes ago, and to look outside my office window now, you wouldn't know anything happened.
Which doesn't mean it wasn't nerve-racking.
